We're Lauren and Caden, a husband-and-wife team who came to Iceland for the views and stayed for everything else. We fell in love with the country's rugged landscapes, slower pace of life, and deep respect for nature. As people who have always cared about clean products and sustainability, Iceland felt like home.
That philosophy is at the heart of everything we make. We source premium suet from lambs that roam Iceland's vast, unfenced landscapes, where they graze freely on wild grasses and herbs nourished by volcanic soil, glacier water, and clean air. By using suet from animals already raised for food, we're able to make use of an ingredient that has been valued for generations while reducing unnecessary waste.
Every batch is gently rendered, carefully filtered, and hand-poured into glass with nothing added and nothing taken away. We believe exceptional products don't need long ingredient lists or complicated processes—just quality ingredients, thoughtful craftsmanship, and respect for where they come from.
